OUR GENERAL POLICY
At Angelites Candle Company, we value your satisfaction and want you to feel completely at ease when it comes to returns and exchanges. We're here to help with our general policy, which ensures a smooth and friendly experience for you.
If you find yourself needing to return or exchange an item, worry not! We gladly accept returns/exchanges for products that are in their original, unused, unopened, or unworn condition, complete with all packaging.
To initiate a return or exchange, simply send an email to cs@angelitescandlecompany.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll promptly issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We kindly request that you return the item within 14 days after receiving your RA#. Please remember that returns requested after the 14-day window will be eligible for online store credit or exchange, but not for a refund. Once you have your RA#, you'll have 14 days to ship the return back to us.
At Angelites, we believe in fairness, so if you decide to return an item(s), you are responsible for the original shipping charges incurred on the package for both the original shipment and the return, and the cost of returning the package to Angelites Candle Company. We will deduct this amount from your merchandise refund. However, if you're returning an item(s) for an exchange, we've got you covered! We'll provide a return shipping label to you at no charge.
Once we receive and accept your merchandise for return, we'll efficiently process your refund within 10 business days and notify you via email. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card. If you're opting for an exchange, we'll ship the new item to you as soon as it becomes available.
To ensure a smooth process for everyone, we have certain conditions in place. Please make sure your return/exchange complies with the guidelines stated above to avoid any complications. If, for any reason, your package doesn't meet these conditions, we'll have to respectfully decline the return/exchange. Rest assured, in such cases, we'll promptly return the package to you at your expense, and unfortunately, a refund won't be granted.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases, so we'd like to remind you that items that appear used or worn upon inspection are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
